Our story.
Proxena Health Group was founded by a clinician with firsthand experience in healthcare and a commitment to strengthening healthcare workforces. We saw the gap between what staffing agencies promise and what healthcare organizations and clinicians need, and we built Proxena to close it.
We start with direct hire because permanent placements create stable teams, reduce turnover costs and support patient care. Travel staffing, for surge, seasonal and temporary needs, is available now.
Our mission: to strengthen healthcare workforces by connecting exceptional clinical talent with organizations that need them, through relationship-driven recruitment grounded in clinical expertise.
