Proxena Health Group LLC is a healthcare workforce solutions and direct-hire recruitment company. In this capacity, we handle professional information about clinicians (credentials, work history, contact information) and organizational information about healthcare facilities (open roles, workforce needs, contact information for HR and leadership).

We do not directly handle patient health information (PHI) as part of our recruitment services. Our services are focused on connecting healthcare professionals with healthcare organizations — not on the delivery of clinical care.

Confidentiality Practices

All information shared with Proxena Health Group LLC — by clinicians or by healthcare organizations — is treated with strict confidentiality. Specifically:

• Clinician information is shared with potential employers only with the clinician's knowledge and consent
• Organizational workforce information is used solely to facilitate recruitment and is not disclosed to unauthorized parties
• All staff and contractors are required to handle information with discretion and professionalism

Security Standards

We employ reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we handle. Our digital systems and communications are protected using standard security practices appropriate for a professional services organization.

Business Associate Obligations

To the extent that Proxena Health Group LLC qualifies as a Business Associate under HIPAA in the context of specific service arrangements with Covered Entities, we are committed to entering into appropriate Business Associate Agreements and fulfilling our obligations under HIPAA's Business Associate provisions.
